epik support unavailable, also not reply mail.

also renewal issue, if renewal money paid but not renew name and domain drooping......

Trying to move them out of Epik if you can.
I don't have (never had) any name with them so I don't know but some members here may be able to help you out.
The Epik staff are gone.

expired domain, suddenly code can't generate and also can't renew.... (.xyz domains). its first time happen @Epik

How long the name(s) have been expired?
Some registrars will lock the name on the expiration date (Dynadot) and you have to contact them to unlock.
For Epik is a different story because they are in BIG trouble now and No One want to work for them anymore.

its suddenly problem start, 1st time. Previous I renewed or transfer out domain without any issue... (30 days grace period times) . horrible story, because domain can't renew.

As been posted, most staff are gone. They said they're looking to rehire past employees.

I would hit them up on their Twitter accounts, Trust Pilot reviews etc., put it in public so people can see the issues.

I send 20+email,also connect twitter but not received a single reply,

If renewal and transfer out both not work, I have no option any to save domain.
