Any good Yellowpages script?

I am looking to build a robust Yellowpages site with millions of records. Massive data sourcing effort will be undertaken once the software is ready. Any thoughts on software that can be used for this? OR do we have to build it on our own?

I am looking for expert advise on this.. Will consider paying for a suitable person who has worked on similar projects earlier.

I need something similar to edirectory or closer to it..
