Thanks for the plug on my auction, but really I want to know what kind of value the names should have. whipped.net will sell to the highest bidder, but for future reference I would like to evaluate whether names like it should get auctioned off or held for the right buyer.

I understand that many people have nothing better to do than sharp shoot other's posts, and I am all for a little wise-ass fun, but I was actually hoping to get at least 50% replies to my posts without the BS.

Thanks

Well Stated!! :) Whipped.net is not worth more than you paid for it. For any .net to have a significant value, they must be pretty good. I'm afraid this domain, even though it is a one-word domain, does not fall in that category.

Good luck!

Be smart, spend your money on .com domain only.
Whay do you tink people want to buy .net when surfers only
typing .com in theire browser? And whay do you think companys
will buy .net domain and spend money to advertising this .net website if the surfer only going to remember .com?

Whay sex.com are a good domain.

http://inventory.overture.com/d/searchinventory/suggestion/?term=sex&x=8&y=5

A good start in selecting domain names is to see how meny times
your word in your domain are searched for.

If the surfer making a lot of search for that word your domain
is going to be whort more. You will have more tipe-in traffic
to your domain, and your domain will get an higer price if it's
easy to remember.

Also select domain that have a point.
FlashDesign.com have a point but not
FlashBurger.com
