Affiliate Programs Any micfo affiliates?

I want to open a hosting account at Micfo, but their $20 setup fee is just stupid. I will sign up using your affiliate link if you send me $20 paypal so I can pay the setup fee. You will still end up earning $30.

micfo is a good host... prepay the 12 months and you won't have the $20 setup fee and it's only $5.95 a month when you pay a year in advance... if you pay monthly in less than 6 months you will have paid the same amount you would have over the course of a year... that makes no sense...
