I have bought a domain from buydomains.com i requested the price the seller gave me the price i bought it .through buydomains.com. i got a mail from the seller that he has sold to some one else and buydomains.com will refund...can this happen is he legally viable to sell the domain to me ???.till now i have not been refunded nor i got the domain ? i contacted buydomains.com turned with no response .......

I know that Ted Olson is a member of this forum. However, he's on the acquisitions side of the company, rather than the sales side. But he might be able to direct you to someone that can help.
