I need to know if there is any free way to add additional languages, using Windows Mobile 6.1.

Additional - no. Hard reboot and choose your primary language. It depends where the phone originated (manufactured) as to what options you have.

Came from Hong Kong. I've got Chinese and English (Latin characters). Just to clarify. I don't need an actual translation, only non-latin characters.
