Sedo supplemented their six charted domains with a bevy of additional .com beauties including FOAF.com at $6,300, E-C.com at $5,500 and a trio that went for $5,000 each; DotMobi.com, ProViews.com and SponsoredSearch.com. The latter domain was sold by DomainState forum veteran NameThink. IndieMerch.com brought $4,410 and, in one of the best deals we have seen in a long time, a lucky buyer got a prime 3-letter .com, ANC.com, for just $4,000! Letter combinations like that have brought six figures on more than one occasion so I'm sure some champagne corks were popped when that domain arrived in the buyer's account.

2 or 3 letter with hyphens are different than keywords with hyphens.
Simple explanation: 2 or 3 letters are mostly acronyms, but adding hyphens destroys keywords.
