Any way to register .au domain not beeing AU ?

Im asking for registrar that wont check me 100 times if i put 'my friends' data as an AU person to register a domain somewhere.

Please no lessons about how wrong is that, i just wonder if thts doable - didnt see any way to order .au domains at all.
