Any website management application? - Keeping track of everything?

Hello,

I need somekind of project managment application.

I run serveral money making websites and what I want a application to keep track on which sites and the sites monthly earnings and other stats.

Now I currently using excel, but its hard to keep track on everything.

What I would like is for example:

- I add a website, add revenue details, maybe a "To do list" so I can keep track what to do/change on the website. Also maybe when the domain expires etc.

I would prefer that its the application is server based (online one) so I get the online at anytime.. like www.domain.com/projects/

Is there any script/program/application like this?

How do you keep track of everything?
