For Sale Anybody Missed with Pool Yet?

So far, I have tried 3 times and Pool.com has snatched the name everytime. One I won outright and now two have gone to auction. All 3 had snaps and NW bids.

Anybody actually miss with these guys?

Sorry your Snap failed you there Ed. I have a Snap on a name that is important to me today but haven't been able to find out yet whether or not I got it.

NW got me NOTHING today which I am surprised about as some were niche names. In fact I am going to see if they are available for reg. right now.

Although its good to have something to fall back on if someone has the snap and you get outbid at the last second on NW, I just hope Snap and NW can hold their own with these guys because Pool has the highest starting price of the other 2 AND no ceiling with those 3-day auctions.

I just hope that model does not give them the leverage they need to render the other two useless until you-know-what.

Shaggy, I am also in the auction for iir.net. It is up to 116. with 4 different bidders so far. And, it still has two and half days to go.

I put in a high bid of $ 58. But, it didn't take.

Yesterday was a BIG drop and Pool & BD dominated. My Snap failed again (lost to Pool) and it was another one of those limited exchange versions that wound up worthless after going 0-4. They can make it up to me if they get one I have today. It is already over $500 in NW - but I bet Pool gets that one too.

I was right, Pool beat my Snap and took the name again - this time for Protein.org which I have been waiting on for 3 months. Bid over $500 in NW :'(

This is getting disheartening - especially watching these limited exchange ones all burnout with no return.

I gave up on Snaps for .orgs.
They are NOT getting them!
Removed 3 snaps from orgs after losing a lot.
I didn't regret it.

For some reason Pool are winning all of the one word orgs - you have to give them credit, they are doing very very well at the moment.
