Anyone experienced transferring ownership of domains at Joker.com?

Anyone here succeeded or failed using Joker's owner change process? It seems complicated and slow because they need confirmation by mail, but does it actually work?

I've used their by-mail procedure and it works fine, without any problems.

joker is on my blacklist. they suck big time. sold a domain and poor client is using joker. i approved domain transfer, but those dammed jokers did not change ownership during the transfer. they requested paperwork via postal mail and still owner is not changed yet and they are refusing to do it.

probably after 60 days i will request a domain transfer again and then change ownership at enom and give client a new account.

don't understand anyone using them or even worse being a reseller..

I do like Joker - but am transfering out of them to Enom.
Their transfer is a bit complicated - "you have to open a transfer window" confirm the transfer once - twice if the admin is diferent than the registrant (owner). The window is opened 5 days after all that is done.

This is much easier than selling the Joker domain thru them. I did read their FAQ about domain ownership transfer - but with enom it's just a simple one step push.
