I need some assistance from Pool staff... My credit card expiration needs to be updated and each time I update it, my account gets locked or something for too many credit card updates. Huh??
I have been trying to contact support since Saturday when I received the first message. I received 1 response today stating the problem was fixed, but it is NOT fixed.
I have a domain that I won on Saturday and it will be dropped tomorrow if the CC is not fixed.
I am at a loss how to get this corrected when it takes Pool's [email protected] email 4 or 5 days to respond with an INCORRECT answer.
Anyone here who can assist would be appreciated.

UPDATE: Found the phone # on the contact us page. MUCH faster resolution. ;-)
