Not meant to scare you, but I just read in another forum about eNom taking a
domain name away from one of its clients because it bore a term resembling 1
of their trademarks. It was subsequently resolved, but it sure caused a lot of
unnecessary problems for all parties concerned.

If you think eNom or any registrar can't do that, make sure you've read your
