Nope. All sun shiny today here in Missouri. What state do you live in?

The area of NC I am in has had unbelievable rain and flooding.

6-10 inches per hour in the Greensboro area last week.

Many swift water rescues in the streets and businesses.

One death thus far (lady swept away).

So surreal seeing first responders rescuing people at a KFC. What made matters worse was the volume dumped right at evening rush hour. Local law enforcement officials reported over 100 rescues on the roads and businesses.

Not quite as bad as in NC but we just had severe t-storm w tornado warnings and golf ball size hail here in east Denver suburbs.

Edit: A tornado struck homes and a shopping plaza just 5 miles from our location this afternoon..

Here is a pic of some of the hail: http://www.nametalent.com/hail.jpg - These are btw golf ball and baseball size...

The hail and tornadoes were the week or so previous.

We just seem to be in an odd weather pattern. Every day for seven or eight days in a row we had severe thunderstorms. The event in Greensboro was the system stalling in place. Imagine 10 inches of rain in an hour. I was checking it out on television and saw an intersection down from a hospital I worked at. The intersection was under water and cars were in it. You could see the roof line with perhaps 6" of the windshield. To make matters worse, this is heavily traveled I-85/I-40 and people wanting to get out of the downpour on the highway got stuck in this mess.

Massive sinkholes have opened up in different places.

All last week was gloomy in So. Cal, at nights we had some lightning and scattered rain, But the sun is coming out more now... The month of June always has strange weather, July is when it really heats up.

Lots of rain, & occasional harsh thunderstorms, these days in the Great Northeast Megalopolis.

My area just got hit hard. Rain and hail for a couple of hours. Power finally came back up little while ago.

Things have been pretty crazy in the DC Metro Area...flash thunderstorms and winds up to 65 miles per hour...and then full sun other parts of the day....I'd say bad and good but I'm a glass half full type of person so I would not say 'bad' :)

Hail can get pretty crazy...We had hail when I was driving last week and it was like quartersize rocks hitting my car....I have heard about hail the size of softballs though...not seen them though.

have seen baseball sized in Charlotte. And they came down like fast balls! Never saw so many broken windshields and windows in all my life.

Largest here have been fist sized. Irregular shaped, literally chunks of ice, jagged edges. Put dents in our vehicles and ripped through wife's umbrella. Thank God that was not long lasting. Was at the start of a hail storm. That particular day we had two hail storms within about 4 hours.

Have seen as much as 3-4 inches of dime sized hail on ground. That storm shredded my garden and destroyed my grapes and ripped my corn to pieces. And that was in the middle of July.
