godaddy Anyone Here From Godaddy?

I saw a previous post about GoDaddy's online customer service being removed (at least for UK people) and here in Ireland I'm in the same position. I was able to contact GoDaddy a little earlier through a Dublin number that transferred to the States, but now need to contact the site again to confirm the conversation I had with their rep.

I have discovered one of my Register.com domains in GoDaddy's auction (apparently placed there by someone at Afternic) and have verbally asked them to remove it. However, I need to confirm this in writing, as the rep said he will put a stop to the auction but I have to get in touch with Afternic about the unauthorized placing of the name in the auction and have them remove it permanently.
