Looks like 85,000 names (use the email as reference) but no, never heard of them.

Well, it's the results for "Domain Admin" which many others use. If you look at the email, it's down to 96,000, of which apparently 10,000 dropped (current report shows 85,626 domains).

Interesting. We know Frank bit it seems like no one know this person who own a lot of names.
There are one name that I want to buy but I hold my email when I found out the number of names that they own.

I think this is a registrar. I bought a domain name a few months ago with this Whois Information. I called the registrar and they told me its like a private whois and that they forward the emails to the owners but I dont think they do.

The name that I bought was a name that expired but never deleted and the registrar took the name on the day it expired even though they legally cant, didnt give the owner any grace period and never went to auction. The owner had to fight to get the name back into his account.

If I can remeber correctly it was Dotster.

Update:

Okay it was Dotster.com. They also took one of my clients domains as well on the day it expired and "sold" the name on the same day. I believe he now has his attorney involved as well. They do a lot of shady things at that registrar.

I thought Dotster is also Enom Reseller!

no, actually they aquired dotregistrar several years ago

and this domain still shows "IHOLDINGS.COM, INC. D/B/A DOTREGISTRAR.COM"
they probably kept it as a separate registrar because of the drops

Why they use Gmail address?

It is not so professional as a common registrar.

I wonder who holds the most domains on here,i got about 1500 mostly shite to be honest,as they drop i reckon i would be left with about 250 half decent domains.

I had a few domains I wasn't sure I was going to renew at dotster then one

day I noticed 1 (expired) domain was missing from my account while older

expired domains in the same extension were still there . I ran a whois and

RegistrarAds was showing as registrant .

I emailed dotster and they put the domain back in my account which then I

promptly renewed.

In fact here's part of their reply

Dynadot is the best IMO, they have the simplest interface in the business and are really good at support.
