Anyone play poker? been to vegas?

Just curious to see how many poker players there are here and if so what is your favorite game?


Have you ever been to Vegas? Did you win any money?


I LOVE texas holdem. I have been to Vegas two times. The first time was crazy and I didn't enjoy it that much. The last time I went which was in Nov. I played in a few tournaments. I won first place at a tourney at Harrahs. Only one like $590 but I enjoyed it. Then I placed 3rd at the Monte Carlo a couple of times. I think my favorite place to play was the Wynn because of the amount of tables they had. The belagio was also nice and I got to see my first pro in person. Which was exciting.


Do you play poker online and if so what sites?

A couple of other games I like to play is BlackJack with the 3card bonus and roulette.

Been to vegas many times... Just got back from there in Sep for 3 weeks, Govt Funded.

Unfortunately, I dont play poker as I like to Drink and Gamble and poker is just way too mind intensive.

I just got back from what's supposed to be the oldest casino in the world in Venice Italy. BAD ***! but they are freaking uptight. When I got a bit loud beating some ***, the "inspector" asked me to keep it down. The next time I got a bit loud he told me I'd be escorted if I burst out one more time. Got a bad beat (three freaking aces to a low fullhouse) and I yelled out. Sure nuf, got escorted off the table! Oh well. The place is BORING! There's not even any music in the background! Never been to vegas, but this place was cool and sucked at the same time!

Well sorry to hear you got escorted off lol. I hate having aces. I would rather play pocket 3s

been to Vegas once for one night as i was driving through to California. had a blast. played a tourny at Binions, about 90+ players and I took 3rd for about $600. was my first live tournament too i remember the first couple hours or so my heart would pound every time i was in a hand. pretty intense, not like clicking a mouse w/ online poker

later me and a friend played blackjack till 7 in the morning w/ some guy who sounded like that coach from Waterboy talking in creole, and kept talking about Irish car bombings and stuff, but you could only half understand him about 25% of the time

I play online poker all the time at Full Tilt.

AQ suited, playing 10-20 limit Cash Game at the casino, my favourite game. I'm at a level were I win most nights I play, this night was one of the nights- no matter what you play, the Poker GODS are not around!!! and the litle Poker Demons Strike Hard.

AQ of Diamonds, 7 callers, raised to maximum "$80" im the dealer... its the best position to make the call...

FLOP AA3, TURN K, RIVER 3

I loose to AK... shouldve folded... its hard sometimes to fold when your dealer and you got suited AQ... most times i FOLD ...

I lost $300 for one played Hand..
