Anyone useful over there at sedo???

I checked one of my domains at sedopro to see what keywords were the best ones.
Most of my earnings(about 70%) were from one keyword.
Everybody was clicking on the "Related Links" and NOT on my chosen keyword.
So I changed the keyword.
I now see that the keyword was rejected!

I have send two email, one to Jay and one Dover.
Nobody replies to emails. Why?

If the keyword is related to the domain just resubmit it, the same has happened to me in the past, after resubmitting the keyword multiple times it was eventually accepted.

Well ok but I am loosing money as we speak.
And this is not the way of doing business.

Jay, usually replies quite promptly. I would pm him if he has room in his box, and send another e-mail, try finding his messenger address, as well as he's left a telephone number on another thread as well.

I think that ONE email should be enough.
Maybe I should call the fbi and they try and locate him...

I checked on the keyword you enquired about and it seems to be resolved now.

As a SedoPro member you have a dedicated account manager in our Cologne office. That dedicated account manager is avaialbe to you at all times while Sedo is open to give you these immediate answers.

I have responded to your mails. I'm sorry for the late replies but I took some time off after the Thanksgiving Holiday this weekend.

Edie Dover is one of our transfer agents. Although our transfer agents are very capable they're not in the best position to respond to customer service enquiries.

Really anyone here will be happy to attempt to answer your enquiries but our account managers are in the best position to do so and will be able to give you the quickest response. SedoPro has the benefit of giving you a dedicated account manager that responds to your enquiries as their top priority.

The last email I have from you in from the 4th of November!

Now the domain is greyed out and it says that it has been deleted!
This is the reply I got from my account manager:

The reason why the domain ****** is showing in red is because it has been entered twice onto your account - once with the old keyword and now with the keyword '******' which has been accepted. You can see from the screen shot below that there are two ******* listed on your account. Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch with me.

Of course he did NOTHING to fix this glitch in your database!

I didn't enter twice!!! And actually this is not possible!!!
Someone at sedo deleted it and then reentered it.
I now see that the domain is twice in my list.
The first one has all the stats from the past year and it is deleted!!!
What am I supposed to show to my buyers??? The stats from today????
FIX IT!

Dvdrip why would I lie to you? As in the message you received above the domain appears twice in your stats, one listing greyed out because it was deleted and then re-added. If you did not delete the domain yourself and re add it it must have been done by your account manager. Perhaps when he was trying to rectify the situation with the keyword. I understand your concerns about the traffic not being reflected accurately on the offer page but the traffic statistics will catch up soon and an estimate will be used to project its traffic for the rest of the month. I'll see if something more can be done in the meantime.

You NEVER replied!
You only send me a PM after I posted here.

Afew more questions you are never going to reply to:
What am I supposed to give to buyers when they ask for screenshots of my stats when my stats are split in 2?
How many days do you need to make a simple change in the stats?
Why was the keyword rejected AGAIN?
When will sedo get it's act together?
Why is everybody always away on vacation or some business trip?
Why are you always making excuses and NOT solving any of the problems?
Do you want me to leave sedo or not?

I'm sorry to hear that you didn't receive my responses dvdrip. I'll send them again. The questions about the keyword and the stats should be answered in the mail.

Of course we don't want you to leave Sedo. Unfortunately it looks like you've tried to contact us a few times the office has been closed or your account manager has been out but we are open during normal business hours and often times beyond that. I hope we can resolve these questions quickly for you.
