I bought this domain with a long term plan of developing my own website but due to some change in priorities regarding my career plans I am considering selling the domain. Any guidance will be appreciated.

I know its long length can hurt its value but as I said, I bought it for personal use and it was a perfect fit for me.

"Chat" has a slightly different meaning, IMHO.
It quicker, shorter and less "deep". So, it's not exactly the same idea.

Domain pricing is far from an exact science and everyone has it's own way of pricing names.
Personally, I would put a price tag of $2K to $3K on it. Let's say $300 to $8K to give you a very broad range depending on how motivated you are to sell.

IMHO, the name isn't bad. Now, it's always about finding the end user wanting to put money down to acquire a specific name. It's not easy, often takes time and sometimes never happens, whatever the price (unless you price it at "liquidation" level). This is specific and "niche", tho.
