Appraisal Requested

I'm looking for an appraisal for the site binarynewz.com. The site is about 3 years old now and was started with binarynewz.com. This year we acquired binarynews.com in a drop. Binarynewz is a usenet and ftp search engine. We index both binary and text posts and index tens of thousands of ftp sites.


At this point I would like to completely ignore the number of paying customers and advertising income and just get an appraisal on traffic.

Uniques in December = 389 per day
Uniques in November = 406 per day

Total hits in December = 356937
Total hits in November = 516457

Alexa ranking is 416,733
