funny enough pozde.com is cheaper then the "real appraisers" in the market place and is also owned by richard smith bizing.biz. The email was from a Richard Thomas. hummm Seems fishy.

I received many emails from that person I played there game for about 2 months and finally he backed off and nothing in the past 2 weeks
