a tad overdone, but worth it if it makes sense like eLoan but if it isn't something that can be done "electronically" it doesn't make much sense to do so.

E-toiletcleaning.

As long as it is a product it makes sense. For example, I have eBoardGames.com. I would skip the hypens.

if a short one word noun follows it..and avoid the hyphen...

but- you said "good for regging"..all the short one word nouns are already reg'd.
