well, google has been fighting a couple of law suites lately... and domainsponsor lost a big one to dell. fabulous 4.0 never accepted tm's.... yahoo/overture feeds do not accept tm's either.

And what is the operative definition of "TM"?

Are the typos of established sites "TM" for these purposes?

nope, not quiet.. there is still other places to take your tm'd domains and still earn money of off em.

dealing with any tm's is risky business as the whole domain industry moves forward... are things only going to get worse? probably..... many businesses/companies are still unaware of what exactly is going on the web with domains. but that should all change, it is only a matter of time'
