I have an issue with a domain that sold through TDNAM that I need resolved asap. Are there any TDNAM reps here?

Ive already sent in an email to the support department days ago and im getting no response so I want to talk with a live person. Customer service just tells me to email the main tdnam email address.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
