Sorry about the bad alignment and terrible grammar in my first post. It's been one of those days.

I think KidzClub.com has a lot of potential for development. No idea on price though.

I like KidzClub.com as well, many here may frown at the "Z" but it is a very common replacement for "S"

Thanks guys :)

I have had kidzclub.com set up as a vstore for a while now and it gets a small amount of unique clicks each day. I like it too but don't have time to develop it into something more at the moment.

Time is the essence ...

Thanks again,

Debbie

OKay, here some feedback and I d like to ask you for yours too on something too..

I am assuming these are Marketleap totals, so here 's a complete braindump...

For my standards, anything in marketleap over say 150, 160 is worth looking into further when I am shopping(but read on) plus:

a) I would proceed to check these links to see if they are real
b) study where they are coming from ie from known search engines, topic (niche) authority sites and other worthy reference site not just GEocities hobby sites and domain FOR SALE positings.

A merketleap of 250 should raise my eyeborw a little further to ask the traffic question. Is it accompanied by a high Alexa rating? Are the other extentions around it taken?

If you own these domains, you can answer these questions easily. Where is your traffic coming from? YOu must have over 40-50 uniques at linksunited so you need to figure out where they are coming from and what they are looking for. Sorry I do not know the history of the domain.

Would I reg it if I saw on the drop list? Yes I would probably.
Would it be worth more than $30 undeveloped? I doubt it.

Now my question?
Have you ever goten paid by vstore? Are they as legit as their site templates look like? THX and best luck! You are on your way.

Hi TrafficMonsterRRR,

Thank you very much for your input. I'll try my best to acknowledge each of your statements in a coherent fashion (in an attempt to look as if I know what i'm doing?) :)

Yes, they were marketleap totals. I put in the URL's and received those results back.

Re your (b) "study where they are coming from ie from known search engines, topic (niche) authority sites and other worthy reference site not just GEocities hobby sites and domain FOR SALE positings."

How do I find out where they are coming from?

And re your "Alexa rating?" - I have been to the Alexa ratings link a while ago but didn't think it was worthy considering some of the names I used to own were never updated and still had previous owners names attached. So, how reliable is Alexa?

Also re your "if you own these names you can answer these questions easily" - Yes, I do own these names (you can check the whois to ensure i'm legit if you like), but as far as answering the questions 'easily' - that's not so easy for me. I'm a novice webmaster and haven't exactly mastered all the necessary skills or soaked up all the important information I need to be able to "answer easily". :)

I copied the results below from my stats page for today for ClicksUnited.com (not 'linksunited.com' as you wrote in your post).

Report Generated 2002/11/19 04:08

Period Covered 2002/11/18 04:48 - 2002/11/19 04:07

Number of Computers Requesting Content 83

HTML Page Requests 87 (13%)

Bad Requests 0 (0%)

Total Requests 669

Distinct Files Served 112

Bytes Transferred 1560412

As far as the history of this domain goes - I purchased it around June last year and did have a site running on it up until yesterday. I am in the process of redeveloping the site so have taken the old home page off and put a new "work in progress" design up. Prior to my purchase, I don't know what it was used for.

As for vslots.com - I am getting and fulfilling many requests to exchange links with other casino sites so that could be the reason for the search results on marketleap? (only guessing there). Here's the results from today that i've copied below:

Period Covered 2002/11/18 04:18 - 2002/11/19 03:56

Number of Computers Requesting Content 12

HTML Page Requests 194 (90.2%)

Bad Requests 0 (0%)

Total Requests 215

Distinct Files Served 34

Bytes Transferred 3142035

Now to your question about vstore. No - i've never received a cent from them and I have a number of sites running as vstores. They really look lovely, very clean page designs etc BUT with all the visitors I've had and all the product pages they've looked at, there haven't been any purchases. I have only left them running to continue to be able to see how many hits each site gets but that's the only reason they're still there.

Thank you heaps for your response to my post - have a great day!

Debbie :)
