The value of a domain is equal to typeins + se hits + branding. When good domains are gone, forget about typeins, se traffic depends on keywords or search terms, branding is hard, how often you can get a domain like toysRsex.com or pay for 100 millions pops?

I think hornynight.com is a great domain, suprised no one reg it before me. It may not have typeins, but it can easily get high listing on se like google and it's brandable.

I believe resell market is small and the competition is tough, developing is the way to go in the long run.

Whereever is a need or a benefit, there is a market.
