How would it work if you're a FL resident incorporated in Delaware and everything is in your businesses name? Seems like your normal withdraws would be taxed only...

David - Good question. Not sure what the bill mandates in this case, it seems to cover that base as well. I am not an affiliate marketer, but Missy is; and she's in central FL where she's incorporated.

It really sucks. NC is doing it now and demanding that the affiliate entity withhold taxes. I am surprised that Amazon caved in to the demands of withholding taxes from affiliate payments.

The up side is having Amazon reinstate their affiliate program for NC residents. No other program made me more money than Amazon followed by Adsense.
