Tough one. Limited target market, hard to sell.
But the concept could be good.
(I have a similarly styled limited name, had one seller, but he disappeared. So I kept the name. I can wait.)
Like the keywords, but would have to say no more than mid-$xxx. My opinion though.
edit to add - I have been there even, so I understand the concept. There is a following.
edit again to add - I just noticed the domain talks about TWO different places?
