the sales from downloads could be off the charts
try to work a deal with the label, maybe thru a third party
there could be risk, could be up to 7 figures, if... and that's a big IF
imo...

Awesome name but I do agree if you monetize on AF's name without somehow involving her, you might be in hot waters.
If used for something else, there should be no issues.
Definitely get legal advice and you could hit a home run with this one. Hard to put a number on it but did I say its a great asset.
