Calvin Klein is one brand which needs no introduction when it comes to fragrances and perfumes. It has more than 70 perfumes to its credit, launched in different years right since the inception of the brand. Contradiction, Crave and Escape are considered to be the brand’s three most popular perfumes. Contradiction was launched in 1998 with the idea of the urban woman in mind. Obsession though is slightly older, and was launched in 1985, with an oriental spicy feel to it. Jean Guichard designed this perfume with elements of orange, vanilla, peach and basil being on the top notes. Secret Obsession which was launched for women in 2008 had plum in the top notes and Egyptian Jasmine in the middle notes. Eva Mendes did bold, sexual and seductive print as well electronic campaigns for this ad.
