It’s my own fault!! Earlier I posted FreeDailyGirls.com for an appraisal. I didn’t own it, but wanted to see what you guys thought before I paid my little $8.95. What a mistake I guess. Some guy grabbed it and registered it before I could get enough responses to make a decision.

Like I said... It’s my own fault. I posted it on the 15th and it got registered on the 15th. Geeesh!

Oh well... I’m just stupid I guess.

Cheers,
Ezinestein

Your not stupid but it is your fault. You should never do that. I can blame that guy either

With a little research, you may be able to find out who it was.

Be careful posting "domain stolen" threads. It was hardly stolen. In the future, say its registered, or PM a trusted member. :)

Don't feel bad. It's his loss more then your own. If you get what I mean.

Doberry,

I should not have used the word stolen... you’re right. You and I both know it wasn’t stolen from me because I didn’t own it. Registered would have been a better choice for my subject line. I didn’t really mean stolen so I shouldn’t have said it. Sorry about that.

Kindly,
ezinestein

I was just saying, if you want to post a name you haven't registered yet, just say:

"I just registered this, what do you think?"....and it is less likely to be registered by someone else, thinking its already registered.
OR pm a trusted member.

Sorry you lost out. Some members do that.... :-(

It's also entirely possible that it was registered by somebody completely unaffiliated with this forum, especially if it was a recent drop. There is no solid basis on which to make an accusation yet...

Hi Front,

I agree. That's probably what happened. I guess I was looking for a little sympathy for missing out =)

I agree that the name's not that great and you've saved yourself $9, and also that it was your own fault for posting it to a public forum such as this.

But if the person who regged the name did not know about it until you posted it here, they didn't break any rules except an unwritten one of being fair to other members.
