Still have not gotten my account fixed. Still Using "Gold membership" and cannot post nor reply to any threads that I paid for using my "Platinum Membership". I have already contacted:
ImpactAdmin and AriesAdmin, but I STILL cannot access my "Platinum Membership".
It has been 4 days already and nothing has been fixed. Not only am i doing something against DNforum policy by using another account, but i have PAID for 2 accounts. I also have (and can see) that i have emails in my account waiting. I just cant access them!
Emailing to the "support page" and posting help threads has yet to fix the problem. I need to access my "MobileDesigner" account. I have no other choice but to by ANOTHER "Platinum Membership" but that means that I have paid for:
1 gold membership
2 platinum memberships.
Please, please do fix this problem...

Here is the problem that i am dealing with on the dnforum:
When i access my account, it states:
"The DNForum Store option you are trying to purchase has an invalid Set Name."
Then it redirects me to my page. I can see:
1. my emails and how many are waiting for me to reply to
2. the number of posts that i have yet to have seen.
When i click on ANY link on my UI, i get the following message:
"The DNForum Store option you are trying to purchase has an invalid Set Name."
Then i get redirected and receive the same message:
"One or more of your options have expired. You will be redirected to see which options have expired."
It keeps repeating the same steps regardless of which button i press. i deleted cookies, signed in and out, shook my pc, jumped up and down, went to church and pray for forgiveness, pet my cat, ate my dinner, etc, the problem STILL exists!!!!!

Obviously there is something wrong with the DNforum and my account. I have NOT been banned and im not doing anything wrong with my account. NOTHING had been changed. I didnt change my email or password. Cause i still get access to my UI.
Please help me admin.
