I did some .me checks and found some words/terms available, but I just can't see the potential in this extension beyond domains like find.me or marry.me. What is going to push the value of this extension beyond the normal demand for great keywords, or LLL.me?

Even with .mobi, my bank statement yesterday had an ad in it for their mobile website (rbc.mobi), so you see them in use and advertised to millions of people

.ME looked kind of familiar. yea, it has another meaning, but after doing some brainstorming, i found it that "ME" also means "Mechanical Engineering". did a check and found well over 32 million results. Within these results, many major universities came up; Berkeley, MIT, Stanford, CalTech, etc.
