Good choice, i think with that package you get 6 options, normally I do the 3 option one but I have done the 6 one in the past.

update...site says you will receive logo in 3-5 days. Been 8 and so far nothing. just sayin'. I don't mind waiting if I know they are actually working and not ignoring.

Hey Sorry guys I'm not always on here to check the responses.

You should not have been waiting longer then 3-5 business days and we didn't receive any emails from you asking about your design (?)

Did you log into your customer account to check the status of your order? You can also message your project manager to get an update from your account area. Lastly, we also have a contact form on the site where I personally answer the emails.

email me directly at joseph[@]logonerds.com and I will look into this. If it was our mistake I'll design your logos free of charge. But I'm willing to bet your host/ISP blocked our notification email.

... as I suspected we did send your concepts over on the 19th. You probably didn't get our notification email and that's where the confusion came in. Please sign into your customer account area to view your concepts: http://www.logonerds.com/customer/ I'll deliver the concepts and make revisions even though you requested a refund ( but would be nice if you canceled the dispute )
