Backorder Question

I was using snapnames for backorders, but recent two occasions I have noticed that snapnames after acquiring domain on the behalf of buyer, run auctions for three days.

There is any provider that gives domain directly to backordered person without running auction other than occasions multiple person backordered the same domain?
