backwards or reversed word name disputes

Anyone here have experience with 2 domains with backwards/reversed/twisted words, i.e. word1word2.com word2word1.com??

Experience doing what?

Whether or not "word1word2" is confusingly similar to "word2word1" is going to be a factual determination based on what "word1" and "word2" are. It's not as if there is going to be some sort of _per se_ rule for a situation like that.
