I went to Bank of America to deposit a check.
Asked for a pen, they sent me a pen put it in the well (the box were we put the checks and all) is like well too deep to reach.

There is no room to get down from the car. I just had to open the door slightly bend over and got the pen. Sent in a check for deposit and guess how the sent me the slip back the same way as they did with the pen.

There is a clip on top of the lid which is very easily accessible and the bas** choose not to use it. He is watching me going through the hard ace to get the slip.

This is the phone number at the branch: 972-618-6800
When I call to complain, no one takes the phone.

Contact branch manager. It's always better to talk face to face.

It seems that the OP had a few inconveniences when using a drive-though teller at a bank. They didn't place a pen or the paperwork under a clip (I guess this is similar to what my drive-though pharmacy has) that is conveniently located so he had to struggle to get the pen and paperwork.

I'm only guessing, my bank has these little capsules that you can take out (easily) and use the pen in there and put your paperwork into it, too.

They don't a capsule that is reachable.
-- This is for commercial lane.
-- They have a deep pocket kind of thing that starts about 2 feet from the ground and stretches for 2 feet.

When are in a mini van you are screwed, if they place something in the bottom of it.

You have to bend thru your door window and reach the floor almost to get stuff out of it.

-- The teller should have common sense to know that it is hard to do so and use the clip attached to the lid
