Hi guys, I have domain names which I have developed websites on them but no SEO, please do you know some basics about optimalization ?

As copper posted, search google for a starter guide. I will tell you the golden rule if you really want to gain traffic to your site. Build the site for the users and optimized for the crawlers. I am not talking about cloaking, 2 different things.
