Beach Patrol: San Diego - new season!

For those of you who get Court TV, "Beach Patrol: San Diego: just started showing it's second season. Most of the beach scenes were taped within a couple hundred yards of the front of my home/office, so it's on camera a lot. I'm on the boardwark in the large grey building, 2nd and 3rd floor on the left side. I'm a few buildings down from the lifeguard station, roller coaster, the Wavehouse (10' manmade pipeline wave in an outdoor bar) and castle looking building, at tower 14.

They only tape in the summer, so it's not always that crowded, and the show is sort of like 'Cops' so you only see the troublemakers, but it's entertaining. The VERY big crowds are 4th of July weekend.

Great show, are you the guy who fell down the cliff or the guy who went under the bridge with not enough clearence for his sail boat to clear.

Haha no, it wasn't me... remember I'm busy hunting domnains while some of this stuff is going on.

Last year they kept showing rescues from Black's Beach, our nude beach just up the coast with high cliffs and and a gliderport overhead. What they don't tell you is that it's 99% gay males at that beach, and they go to remote sections of the cliffs to... well... do stuff, and get trapped or injured because the cliffs are sandstone and give way easily.

They sometimes are showing Ocean Beach, 3 miles to the south of me, know for the older hippy/stoner crowd, and for some reason they like ot get drunk/stoned and jump off the pier. In fact that happened a couple of weeks ago, and we're still waiting for the body to wash up.
