Best .com.be Registrar?

Anyone can indicate a reliable ".com.be" registrar?

com.be is a domain and all xxx.com.be are subdomains
there is no registrar, its just a person

uninames.be sells domains with the ".com.be" extension.
Just wondering if somebody knows another registrar.

every XXX.com.be is wildcarded to .com.be
so i dont think its possible to buy it
