Looking for a nice/customizable email client. Is there anything out there very flexible with a lot of nice options? I'm talking things like "Send this 'draft'/'message' to 'these people' or autorespond only if message is a 'RE'"

Anybody know anything good?

Thanks in advance.

Thunderbird can be modified and extended in the same manner that FireFox is.

I dont use Thunderbird, but my wife does. She loves it.

I would like to try it out, but it took me months to get my Outlook just like I want and I am afraid to move.

Too bad the best email client I ever used is no longer available.

PINE.

ELM was pretty good, too.

There is an import function to move all your outlook settings/addresses etc into thunderbird.

I still use Eudora since 1995 :D
7.1 is the last non-Mozilla version; they are working on a Mozilla version just like Thunderbird, that looks and functions like Eudora.
