I am looking for a tool that will allow me to find names like (any dictionary word)Pro or u(any dictionary word). I know if some tools that will allow you to find single dictionary words but I want to be able to find dictionary words with specified prefixes and suffixes

JustDropped.com is free. Not sure if it has the flexibility that you need, but you can specify beginning characters ending characters and stuff in the middle.
