i have actually used it before and it seems good. is it clean with no adware or spyware?

my favorite in the past has been cqcounter.com but i have heard stories from people about some counters having spyware and adware embedded in them. how can i tell? does anyone know if cqcounter.com is clean?

Why don't you use your server logs, in AWStats or a similar program? Counters are alright, but server logs are trusted. (I use both regularly, but trust server logs more).
