best image rating script?

Hi,
I'm looking for a really good image rating script that is SE friendly, allows comments on the pics, and will basically make my site very interactive. Does anyone recommend a particular script that's possibly under $150?

www.photopost.com ($129) seems to be used alot and www.vbadvanced.com PHoto Gallery Script ($60) seems to be more and more popular among vBulletin owners.
