Don't know about California seller but I highly recommend "The V" phone, LG XV9800.

Awsome phone although a bit spendy. Looks like a mini Laptop computer with screen, side screen speakers, QWERTY keyboard, SD Mini Disk, Pics/Video capture (1.3 megapixle) and it's capable of broadcast quality internet based video and television viewing. It's also bluetooth capable.

I would recommend Motorola "Q" Phone with Verizon Wireless service. It lets you browse the internet at very good speeds. You can download documents as well.
