Best Newsletter manager!

Hello,

I would like to know what is the best newsletter manager out there?

I want one that allows me to place a form with first name and email on my site and the user after pressing the submit is automatically redirected to another page. Also it must have auto responder and double opt in!

Topica.com is exactly what I am looking for but it is expensive and absed on their site!

I would like something that could run from my server.

Unfortunatelly no! When your list gets big topica starts to get absurdly expensive.

yes, it is free.
you can customize it for a price though. But the features it already has are great
