Real Estate: Check
New Development: Check
Stocks: Check
Forex: Check
LLL.coms: somewhat skeptical, although the potential is obvious
Generic .coms in excess of X,XXX: Just started

I'm just curious what you guys do with your
extra bread.

I'd uncheck real estate at this point.

I feed the pigeons in Central Park across from my 5th Ave Penthouse apartment

:)

Tony, you married a millionaire's daughter? :D

Generics, LLL.com, also traffic names/portfolios.
And include some stocks.
I don't think you can find anything in real estate for that amount

Right now is a buyers dream, or so I thought.;)

Wouldn't City/Service domains make more sense, provided
Marchex isn't still buying em all up?

NURCA, is your checklist domain-related? I read it as distinct investments in general, e.g. real estate, FOREX, 3-letter .com's etc.

Or, are you solely referring to domains with the aforementioned themes?

Doesn't appear to be. Appears he has invested in Realestate, Forex, etc and now looking what else to invest in whether it be domain related or not.

I believe i would team up with the best web designer i could find and develop some interesting domains. The domains do not have to be in the high end range for a designer that knows their stuff. Keep it small but profitable.

If this does'nt work, head to the Track:lol:

Undeveloped waterfront property in many locations is still booming.

Not houses, but raw land. Not necessarily ocean front as that is overdeveloped and saturated. Plus many places are not insurable anymore.

Many retirees from the North are moving south. The retirees have the money and the bank accounts to buy and are not worried about the financing matters. Large inland lakes with nearby major towns or cities are experiencing continued surges and sales in land tracts. Those that are part of a planned development with roads and services in place are doing very well.

Yeah I've heard that before. My problem is I'm too local. I'm
a realtor by trade, but we also own a successful restaurant/country store
called Brew Cafe and Market (Fluvanna Va) that occupies most of
our time. I am kinda limited by how far I can expand without
sacrificing what we've built. Oddly enough we've been
successful with real estate in the general region.

Maybe Eastern European real estate.

I just dont flaunt my money like you... dawg!;)
