BTW, that's quite a powerful claim "Best Portfolio Ever Now For Sale." I have seen several nice names but just a fraction of the 2000 name portfolio. How in the world can you be so bold to say it's the Best Portfolio Ever? Did someone else say it was the best or is it your assertion? If your own claim, what are you basing that on? How much combined traffic does the portfolio get per day or per month, and what percentage of direct navigation?

We can waste valuable time on the determination of what one makes claim to being quoted "Best Portfolio Ever Now For Sale."and at the end of the day, achieve nothing, as what remains the most important agenda, is to share a portfolio of great premium domain names that may suit some of our more serious buyers on the DNF platform.
Maybe I should have added to the headline "Best Portfolio I Have Ever Seen Is Now For Sale" I do apologize if I have offended anyone with my claim.
I am thankfull for the many genuine inquiries I have received in which I have now accepted professional advise of separating the premium domain names that will be sold individually.Those domains and prices will be placed on DNF shortly.
All domains will be offered for sale as is, without any claims of traffic or other stats shortly at less than market appraisals.

financing delays.

I have now chosen to move forward with small lots in categories and realistic BIN prices will be shown.

Ok there are a lot of Domains to get through but let's start with delegates.com and you tell me is it worth $25kUSD or discountstores.com $40k USD?

Of course the agenda is to sell my portfolio of domains held for many years and if it means creating a little genuine hype along the way, well so be it,what is most important is to know that I am a serious vendor and have a list of credits whilst being buying domain names over many years and now it's time to let them go.

Since you asked.. I recall most of these purchases, organ etc I always said to myself, he over paid, it seems you bought a lot at the peak, not saying some still do not hold the same values but if you truly want to move the lot, you will take a huge loss.

discountstores.com for example, unless you can show ppc of approx $2k+++ a year, forget it, imo. Delegates is is nice but the use is narrow, non profitable and gee golly wally $40K!

Thank you Sir, for your comments, I do respect everyone's point of view.For many of us that acquired premium domain names a few years back would have lots of stories and maybe a few heartaches to share.My share trading days could explain the importance of buying and selling at the right time,however I am realistic and will meet a serious market for those who wish to buy some great names at today's prices.I will of course meet some large losses for myself,in which I am prepared for.
Let me put it this way.I have a very attractive portfolio of domain names that I am going to sell for the right reasons of moving on to other interests.I conducted my past business of buying these domains with all respect and honesty with whom I dealt with and will continue to do the same when selling.
As I said, I will be putting individual lots up in the next few days, as it has taken a lot of time to sort out.

Already know that first hand Wayne. It's a huge job assigning domans to their categories when you have a large diverse portfolio. I discovered simply deciding on the main category names themsleves was not easy since I wanted to limit my main categories to a perfect number of 10 so needed to use broad-based category names.

Easier said than done, after weeks naming the 10 broad categories i realized each of my main 10 categories would require anywhere from 10 to 20 sub-categories, based on keyword(s). So I have spent the past 2 months adding names to the 10 categories. Now just one-half completed. Hope to finish by years-end. It's a boring and tedious job.

Nice names. Not really over-hyped, but too many words takes away from it a bit. Also, the way you list the names in the thread makes it hard to read them. Just list them like Oar.com, without the (.). It is usually a good idea to avoid the words generic and premium when describing one's names. Many more people with bad names use those words than those with good to great names, so it is best to stay away from doing that. The names will always do the talking.

I think you have some valuable names. Be careful listing your bad names in the same group/list. It might be best to just list your best names and sell them. If you include the scrap it sometimes takes away from the better names. Good luck.

Never offended, was just wondering about the metrics used in your assertion. For example, how much traffic do the domains or sites get and the percentage typein visitors vs search, other extensions taken, etc. etc. End-users will not ask for stats but domainers often do.

Of course, good domains also have intrinsic value (often worth more than stats, depending on the name) but that is quite subjective and difficult to judge, making the actual stats also important. Maybe you have portfolio-wide stats, category stats, ppc account data, and/or awstats/webalizer individual stats?
