That initiated the best deep belly laugh that I have had in some time. 5 stars. Everybody should see that video! That could feasibly really happen in real life as I was a law major and know there are cases similar, that have been prosecuted and convicted successfully on.
Thanks
I hope you don't mind that I emailed it off to my friends?
Thanks again
PS: Sorry for talking so much but it is not a sales thread (especially not mine) so I beg for leniency from the mods. I will erase it tomorrow. The mods know I talk to much, then I erase it the following day, so they give me a little extra rope as a rule. Apologies.
I ask you gentleman/ladies and the most respected Mr.Rockefeller good Sir, does anyone have any true stories about this? I'll bet some do and they would be fun, cool, and exciting to hear about and worth writing about too. I hope I can get first rights to the story, book, advertising and manager. First to all stories for a price of course. I can dig up some old case laws that would make you almost defecate your britches about this stuff.
Shall I print them or perhaps even one derogatory or positive conviction for a similar incidence in this thread or it bring people down and this is not my thread to speak in also?
If the mods say it's okay and the honorable Mr. Rockefeller ratifies to too, I will start it off with a case law conviction that could break a domainers heart, with a case law win against us domainers or we can simply uplift the readers via a case law win for a domainer. <-Better idea if we stay positive.
This might not really be the right time and place for what I proposed above about case law and all, as it would be less than desirable if the most if I printed out losses to a domainer. Our fellow brothers.
But we have more wins than losses unless it is a trademark domain and there is so much to discuss about the laws of trademarking. Another post perhaps. Therefore best IMO is to think twice before openly printing them here. What do you think? Actually it is up to the Monitors and Sir Rockefeller as we come here to laugh, not to get domain's legal status and business reports, ETC.
Namaste
