Is there an advantage (other than stats and minimizing bandwidth usage) to using DomainSponsors name servers?
I used to run a local free job posting site that regularly received 500 visitors/day. I got sick of running it so I redirected it to DS and the visitors dropped off significantly (to like 5 per day).
I asked the DS staff about it and they mentioned that maybe the users aren't staying on the landing page long enough for whatever script they use to count the visit to execute. I was thinking that if I switched over to the DS servers that I might be able to capture more of that traffic.
Has anyone that has used redirection and then gone to DS name servers noticed any improvement as far as traffic being counted?
Thanks in advance!
